SWORD is virtual physical care for back, joint and muscle pain that you can do from anywhere. SWORD is available through LiveHealth Online at no cost to Outfitters, spouses, and dependents 18 and older on the Bass Pro benefits plan.

DENTAL INSURANCE

Bass Pro Shops offers two dental plan options for full- and part-time Outfitters: the Base Plan and the Enhanced Plan, both administered by Delta Dental of Missouri. Both plans pay for preventive services at 100 percent.
VISION INSURANCE

Bass Pro offers two vision plan options: the Base Plan and the Premium Plan, both administered by VSP Vision Care. With either plan you can save on vision care and products when you use providers who belong to the VSP network.
DISABILITY

401(k) Retirement Plans

You may begin contributing to the Bass Pro Shops 401(k) plan as soon as you begin employment, and the company will match up to 4 percent after one year of employment. This plan is open to all Bass Pro Shops Outfitters, regardless of your status.
