The Bass Pro Shops Wellbeing Program, in partnership with Anthem, is offering a health and wellbeing rewards program called MY REWARDS/TRUE NORTH. The goal of this program is to help Outfitters and their family members find fun and effective ways to positively impact their overall wellbeing. All outfitters who participate in this program will be eligible to win gift cards and prizes. Outfitters on the Bass Pro Shops medical benefits plan will have increased opportunities to win prizes based on how they use their medical benefits to help them meet their wellbeing goals.

Registering for the My Rewards/True North program is easy and available to all Outfitters. You can register online at anthem.com or on the Sydney mobile app.
When you download the Sydney mobile app or register online at anthem.com, you automatically become part of the My Rewards/True North Program. Once you start earning points, you can check on your progress by visiting the “My Rewards” under the “My Health Dashboard” section.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Here you will see four types of identification: Member ID, Activation Code, Student ID and Employee ID.
If you are an Outfitter with Anthem insurance, select Member ID. If you are a dependent of an Outfitter with Anthem insurance, you will also select Member ID to register.
If you are an Outfitter without Anthem insurance, choose employee ID to begin your registration process.
The health assessment is the “trail head” of the My Rewards/True North program and is required to start earning rewards. The health assessment can be taken online at anthem.com or via the Sydney health app in “My Rewards” under the My Health Dashboard tab.
Activities such as linking a smart device to log steps and sleep, participating in a team challenge or completing an action plan within the app or online all earn points!
Getting your annual wellness, dental and vision exams are all ways to earn points. Participating in any recommended screenings, such as a mammogram or diabetic foot exam also earn points.
Additional medical labs such as A1c and LDL/Lipid labs, utilizing EAP services or even participating in the Outfitter Virtual 5K/10k are all extra ways to boost your points too!

All Bass Pro Outfitters can use the Sydney Platform and can win prizes through the My Reward/True North Program. Outfitters and their dependents who are covered by the Bass Pro Shops Medical Plan can track and access health plan and health care information using the Sydney App.
Outfitters who are not on the BPS medical benefits plan can enter their health related information in the My Rewards tab in the Sydney App.
Outfitters earn points toward raffles for certain health-related behaviors and those points and raffles are tracked in the Sydney app under “My Rewards”.
Points carry over from month to month and quarter to quarter, but do not roll over annually.
