We care about you and your family, and we offer benefits that provide for your beneficiaries in the event of your disability or death. Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is available at no cost to full-time Outfitters. You also have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage, if needed.
The amount of basic life coverage is equal to two times your annual earnings, up to a maximum of $1 million. In addition, we provide AD&D coverage equal to the basic life amount.
The amount of basic life coverage is a flat $60,000 benefit. In addition, we provide AD&D coverage equal to the basic life amount.
Bass Pro Shops also provides $5,000 in basic life coverage for your eligible spouse, and $2,500 for each eligible child to age 26. While this coverage is free to you, you must elect it and enter the name(s) of your spouse and/or dependent(s). Please be sure to enter or verify your spouse and/or dependent information is in Workday for this FREE benefit.
