As a full-time Outfitter, you may take up to three days off to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.

All Outfitters
- Bass Pro Shops will provide full-time Outfitters up to three days of bereavement leave paid at your current rate of pay to take off work to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.
- “Immediate family member” is defined as: parent, spouse, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild. Also included are the same immediate family members of an Outfitter’s lawful spouse.
- In addition, full-time Outfitters are eligible for one day of bereavement leave to attend the funeral of a member of your extended family. “Extended family member” is defined as: aunt, uncle, niece or nephew. Also included are the same extended family members of an Outfitter’s lawful spouse.
- You must inform your supervisor prior to commencing bereavement leave and request time off in the Workday system. The company may require verification of death and relation to the deceased.
- Bereavement hours are not counted as hours worked for purposes of calculating overtime for hourly Outfitters.
