Time off
Of course, we love having you at work –– but we also know that there are times you need to take time off. We have a variety of benefits to help you make the most of your time.

Holidays
Regular full- and part-time Outfitters are eligible for paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
Sick Leave
Feeling under the weather? Regular full-time Outfitters receive paid sick time.
Jury duty
If you are summoned to serve on a jury, you may be excused from work, with pay.
Bereavement
As a full-time Outfitter, you may take up to three days off to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.
Leaves of absence
We can work with you if you need to take more time – including for the birth of a child, family medical issues, military service or other reasons.
