Choosing a plan

The main difference in the Base Plan and the Enhanced Plan is that the Enhanced plan covers Orthodontia and has a higher annual benefit maximum. If you think you will benefit from these added features, the Enhanced Plan may be your best option. If you don’t have dependents or anticipate many dental expenses, the Base Plan may meet your basic dental needs.

Both dental plans cover preventive visits at 100 percent and you can see any dentist you choose. You can visit dentists in the PPO or Premier networks, but the PPO network will save you the most. Seeing an out-of-network dentist will cost more.
