| Flex Spending Accounts | If enrolled, coverage ends on your termination date. You have until the end of the year to submit claims that were incurred on or before your termination date. If you have a balance in a Health Care FSA you will be sent a COBRA continuation notice*. You may continue participation on a monthly basis with post-tax contributions. There is no continuation option for Dependent Care accounts. |
Health Savings Account
| Your HSA is your individual account and remains in your Anthem account. You still own the account and may access funds. You may only make future contributions if you remain in a High Deductible Health Plan and meet all other eligibility rules. Administrative fees will apply. |
