employment classification changes
Outfitters are informed of their initial employment classification as either exempt or non-exempt upon commencement of employment. If an outfitter changes positions resulting from promotion, transfer, or otherwise, management will inform them if their job classification changes.
A change of employment classification may change the benefits to which outfitters are entitled. If so, outfitters will see a Workday notification with instructions to make any necessary changes.
