virtual physical therapy

PROVIDED BY SWORD HEALTH

SWORD is virtual physical care for back, joint and muscle pain that you can do from anywhere. SWORD is available through LiveHealth Online at no cost to Outfitters, spouses, and dependents 18 and older on the Bass Pro benefits plan.

VIRTUAL HEALTH CARE

As an Outfitter on the Bass Pro benefits plan, you have affordable, virtual access to connect with a doctor. We’ve partnered with Anthem and Premise Health to provide two versatile virtual health care options.

cvs caremark

With CVS Caremark, your pharmacy care benefit provider, it’s easy to find and compare medication costs, request home delivery and speak with a pharmacist. Plus, you can manage your prescriptions seamlessly through their user-friendly mobile app, making it convenient to keep track of refills and stay on top of your healthcare needs.

Rx Savings Solutions helps you easily find the lowest-price options for prescription drugs to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.

DENTAL INSURANCE

PROVIDED BY DELTA DENTAL

Bass Pro Shops offers two dental plan options for full- and part-time Outfitters: the Base Plan and the Enhanced Plan, both administered by Delta Dental of Missouri. Both plans pay for preventive services at 100 percent. Both plans emphasize preventive care, encouraging Outfitters to maintain regular dental check-ups and cleanings, which are crucial for long-term oral health

VISION INSURANCE

PROVIDED BY VSP

Bass Pro offers two vision plan options: the Base Plan and the Premium Plan, both administered by VSP Vision Care. With either plan you can save on vision care and products when you use providers who belong to the VSP network. Both plans are designed to accommodate different needs and budgets, helping you maintain optimal eye health while enjoying significant savings.

DISABILITY

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Plans are provided to replace a portion of your income in the event you are unable to work due to your own serious medical condition.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Available to both full-time and part-time Outfitters, Accident Insurance is a supplemental plan that can help you pay for living expenses when you are injured.

Bass Pro Shops offers a Hospital Indemnity Plan that can pay benefits if you are admitted to the hospital for a covered accident, illness or childbirth.

SUPPLEMENTAL LIFE INSURANCE

Outfitters can purchase Supplemental Life Insurance to provide extra coverage for you, your spouse and your children. This insurance can help your family prepare for the unexpected, ensuring your family will be able to cover basic living expenses if something happens to you. 

401(k) Retirement Plans

You may begin contributing to the Bass Pro Shops 401(k) plan as soon as you begin employment, and the company will match up to 6 percent after one year of employment. This plan is open to all Bass Pro Shops Outfitters, regardless of your status.

We’re here to help Outfitters excel, both at work and at home. We’re proud to offer you and your family a wide range of programs to improve your physical, financial, social and emotional wellbeing. Programs include weight management, chronic condition management, employee assistance program and a variety of fitness programs.

Available at no cost to team members on the Bass Pro benefits plan, Vida will match you with a health coach who can help guide you through a personalized program to focus on nutrition, manage weight and stress. Health coaching is also available to help quit tobacco products.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

PROVIDED BY HEALTH ADVOCATE

All Outfitters are automatically enrolled in our Employee Assistance Program through Health Advocate. Outfitters and their family can connect with a mental health professional for convenient and confidential video or phone counseling 24/7. The Health Advocate portal is also a place find tools to support your mental, emotional, physical and financial well-being.
