Frequently asked questions

Open Enrollment is the annual period when Outfitters can sign up for or make changes to their health insurance and other benefits, such as dental, vision, and life insurance. During this limited time, typically in the fall, you can enroll in a new plan, change your current plan, or add/remove dependents. If you miss this period, you may have to wait until the next one unless you have a qualifying life event that triggers a special enrollment period.

  • Reviewing helps you and your family evaluate plan changes and choose coverage that best meets
    your needs.
  • All Outfitters who actively review their elections in Workday will be entered to win prizes.
  • FSAs require active re-enrollment each year, while HSAs roll over automatically unless you update
    your contribution.
