Reservations will be guaranteed by credit card. An advance deposit of half the amount will be charged to the credit card 21 days prior to arrival, full amount for one-day reservations.
Reservations cancelled within 21 days of your trip could result in forfeiting an advance deposit.
All weekend bookings require a two-night minimum. During the summer rate season and on all holiday weekends, three nights are required.
Red dates are considered blackout dates, which means no discount will be accepted. The discount does not apply at the following specialty accommodations: The Villa at Integrity Hills, Governor’s Suite, 4-Bedroom Cottages (Payne’s Valley Cottage & Bass Pro Shops Lakeside Cottages), Spa Cottage, Carriage House and Jacks Cabin.
When using a discount, an Outfitter must occupy the room.
