Wellbeing Credit

2026 wellbeing credit

One of the best ways to stay healthy is to get your annual physical exam. Preventative care helps catch health conditions early, when they are easy to treat. If you complete your annual, in-person physical, you will receive a credit on your December paychecks for your medical premium.

How it works:

  • Outfitters enrolled in a Bass Pro Shops medical plan who complete their annual physical between November 1, 2025, and October 31, 2026 will be eligible for a Wellbeing Credit  in December 2026  — meaning your medical health plan premium will be waived!
  • A survey will be available through Workday asking Outfitters to confirm that you have completed your physicals. You’ll answer yes or no, and that’s it! No documentation is needed in the submission of this survey.
  • The survey deadline is November 20, 2026. If you do not complete the survey by this date you will not qualify for the Wellbeing Credit in 2026.

What it means:

  • The “credit” will cover your medical premium for two weeks in December for both hourly and salaried Outfitters. The Wellbeing Credit amount will vary by medical plan, coverage tier, and salary band. View your credit in Workday under Benefits and Pay > Deductions.
    • If you’re an Hourly Outfitter (paid weekly), this means you’ll see the credit for your medical premium on two checks, December 11th and December 18th.
    • If you’re a Salary Outfitter (paid biweekly), you’ll see the credit for your medical premium on December 18th.

What you need to know:

  • Your medical information is confidential and will not be shared with Bass Pro Shops; however, Bass Pro Shops reserves the right to audit participation only to verify completion of program requirements and incentive eligibility.
  • To qualify for the Wellbeing Credit, only Outfitters are required to complete an annual preventive physical. While participation is strongly encouraged for covered spouses and dependent children, it is not required to receive the credit.

eligibilty requirements

To be eligible for the 2026 Wellbeing Credit, Outfitters must meet the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in a Bass Pro Shops medical plan.
  • Employed at the time the incentive is awarded.
  • Hourly Outfitters must complete the 90-day waiting period by October 31, 2026.
